[Lloopp] Hello-Newbie Act Info

hey Craig,
thanks for the input.
yes we knew that for a while, so i took a big breath and updated both  
acts into a more useful state:

feedbacker now has the well known input/output-section (its still  
possible to access the soundcard-input directly in the act)

spectral_sins, was and is in a draft state.
its meant to be an envelope follower producing sine-waves, following  
picked frequencies from an input-signal (sample, etc.,..)
