[Lloopp] No acts or saved presets in 1.5 ho_st

yes. in fact i think friends of  mine have had the same problems as i had.
but they gave up trying to get lloopp to work on their machines. so the .mxo
default app thing might be something worth mentioning.... i can add this to
a faq if one is set up.
