[Lloopp] Anyone using lloopp on osx 10.5.x (leopard)??

Sorry if this topic popped before...
I'm just about getting a new macbook pro. I heard that they'd come
with osx 10.5.x already installed, and hard to downgrade to osx
10.4.x.
I checked Cycling74 etc. forums, and consulted a max/msp/jitter
teacher at my school, and got quite mixed reviews. It seems that it is
still quite tricky to run M/M/J on 10.5?? (While many are reporting
'no problems', I keep hearing the 'audio pops' problems from others.)

Wondering anyone here has experiences with the 10.5?
