[Lloopp] SDIFter again

Hi,

adjusting some settings in Spear I obtain better results but this
obviously depends on the kind of audio file to be analyzed...

In Spear you have to set:

- in Preferences/General Analysis frequency tracking drift limit to 0.2

- in Sinusoidal Partial Analysis (the window which appears when you
select the file to be analyzed) frequency resolution to 20 hz.
