i assume, that you use the wrong write (from the wrong menu).
the one you should use for saving bank-files comes up if
you toggle with the ALT-key and click on the title-menu (right half
of the name-label on top).
(do not hold the alt-key because on windows this will freeze the
ubumenu,
...you will need to choose "refresh" then from the ho_st's title-menu.)
so toggeling with the alt-key means it switches between the title-
menu (info,....)
and the presets-menu which appears as "-,write,clear" if there are no
presets saved so far.
ok, if you choose "write" then from the presets-menu the lloopp-file-
saving-window
should pop up.

this makes me assume that you used the menu from the bottom of
buffer_host.
the "write" there, writes the chosen soundfile to disc. (thats useful
if you recorded something with buffub eg.)

these are no error-messages ! ;-)
its just notifiers and are just fine like that.
(though i should eliminate the scary message "coll: no file ...")

all the best
