[Lloopp] absolute beginners :-)

greetings to all here...

so, I'm 21 year old enthusiast from Belgrade, so far just a fan of improvised music...and now I'd like to try to create some...

so...until now I found out that I need MaxMSP on my machine (I have pirated XP) - and over that I install lloopp...
now, first question would be is there any option of getting MaxMSP without paying for it, simply because I just can not pay for it...?
and second would touch basics: any recommended tutorials, advices etc etc ??...
