[Lloopp] [windows] can't load environment

it's very strange. if i open e.g. control@, i can save a preset - no
problem and it is correctly saved in the control at P folder. but then if
i reopen the preset menu again, the items get doubled as in:

-
write
clear!
-
write
clear!

if i close and reopen control@, the menu is correct again:

test
-
write
clear!

saving another preset starts the whole thing again -> double items +
no presets shown.
