[Lloopp] [windows] can't load environment

hi klaus,

the screen is gone, thanks! but the environment menu still doesn't work as
it probably should. still every item is twice in there and i cannot load
environments after having opened some acts and writing some environments
(which gives the "valid absolute path"-error).
