[Lloopp] 4control

hi alexander

control@ was not ready for 4control.
it needed a special mode, which is added now and i called it "rel64" .

(there is also a new "phidgets"-input, http://www.phidgets.com )

it would be possible of course to port the 4control-act,
but i would like to make control@ to a tool that can handle all these  
devices.
the advantage of that should be obvious, the act will develope in  
different directions
and any improovements are there then for all devices.
i am open for any suggestions of additional modes etc.
control@ may look diificult to understand at the first glance, but i  
think
its worth digging into it.
note, that you can save presets ;-)

so alexander please test this new control@ with your 4control.
i made an example-preset that should work together with an example- 
environment.
