hi david,
if these sensors send midi-control-messages you have veyr good
chances with the ctlin at .
if they just send midi-note-messages there is still no realy good patch
in lloopp for it. you may look at midikeys, but thats just for a 
keyboard and
you cannot define different parameters to different keys.

but, if you are maxing its realy easy if you have a fixed setup
and don't want to make a customable lloopp-patch:

notein
|
appropriate filter...
|
message[; "actin" actname parametername value]

the "actin" without paranthesis and actname must match the exact
actname (like *flop1 for example) parametername then is one out
of the list of possible parameters (like pitch for example).
look into ll.sends.help !
also have a loook into actmaker6.help
there in a subpatch called "global" are some examples i think.
